- Application refers to Daily Stamp, the software program provided by the Developer.
- Developer (referred to as either "the Developer", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to ZavisLab, an individual developer based in Hong Kong SAR China, who provides the Daily Stamp application.
- Device means any device that can access the Service, such as a cellphone or a digital tablet.
- Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
- Service refers to the Application.
- Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (e.g., app usage timestamps).
- You means the individual accessing or using the Service.
- Subscription refers to the premium membership service that provides access to additional features, such as iCloud synchronization, within the Application.

Subscription Data
When you subscribe to our premium service, we collect and process:

- Subscription renewal dates
All payment information is processed securely through Apple's StoreKit, and we do not collect or store any payment details.
Use of Your Personal Data
The Developer may use Personal Data for the following purposes:
- To provide and maintain our Service: including enabling daily stamp recording and premium features like iCloud synchronization.
- To manage Your Subscription: to process payments through Apple's StoreKit, manage your subscription status, and provide access to premium features.
- To improve the Service: to analyze usage patterns and enhance app functionality.
We do not share your personal information with third parties except as described below.
Subscription Data Storage and iCloud
For subscribed users, we use Apple's iCloud service to store your app data, including stamp records and color preferences. This data is stored securely in your personal iCloud account and is not accessible to us. For non-subscribed users, data is stored locally on your device only. Subscription status is managed through Apple's StoreKit and is not stored on our servers.
Data Retention
Your stamp records and preferences are retained on your device or iCloud account as long as you use the Service. Subscription data is managed by Apple's StoreKit
